170mm Deep Walnut Floating Shelf

Give your favourite photographs and decorative pieces a place to shine with this 170mm-deep walnut floating shelf. Handcrafted in Great Britain by Mill Hill Interiors, it creates a clean, floating look with concealed brackets that keep the focus on your display.

Fitting and bracket adjustment

This walnut veneer shelf has a lacquer finish.

Shelf supports are designed for concealed mounting into woodwork or masonry walls.

• The supporting pin is installed in a hole of 12mm diameter or larger in the shelf.
• Height is adjustable via a slot.
• Inclination is adjusted using the supporting pin, which presses on the rear plate when turned in.
• Lateral adjustment is made by lifting the supporting pin and adjusting it to the right or left.

Loading guide

Place supports no more than 700mm apart.

• Shelf size 1000 × 200mm: maximum load 32kg.
• Shelf size 1000 × 300mm: maximum load 25kg.

These loading figures refer to the shelf sizes stated above, not this 170mm-deep model. They are only intended as a guide.

Trimming to fit

All shelves can be cut down by 40mm at each end. Please be aware that at 50mm in from the ends there is metal studs inside so do not cut at 50mm in from the ends.
